Happy New Year, and thanks for all your support in 2011! Let’s have another great year in 2012, filled with delicious soups, sandwiches, and now… READY TO BAKE LASAGNA!


That’s right, after perfecting the recipe in our own Marche Soupson kitchen laboratory, we have come up with a delicious option I know you’re going to love!


In fact, our first first lasagna – spinach with three cheeses – was so popular that it sold out immediately. But don’t worry, we’ll be bringing it back soon enough! In the mean time, try our amazing new “carnivore’s” lasagne, made with fresh sweet Italian sausage from Boucherie Vito’s, our own rich ragù (meat sauce) and a combination of fresh ricotta, Padano parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses.


Frozen immediately after assembly, they are sold in aluminum trays that can go straight from the freezer into the hot oven. 45 minutes to an hour later you can sit down to a hot meal in the comfort of your own home. Perfect for winter!
